Spirare is an association of consultants who use an appreciative approach for strategic planning, leadership, team, and community development. The team working on the Mental Health Coalition Initiative has more than 100 years of Organization Development experience. Paula A. Comunelli, MSOD Principal of Spirare Consulting, is the Project Director and convener of this initiative. She has more than 12 years of experience in Organization Development as a consultant, facilitator, educator, coach, and speaker. In 2002, Paula was President of the Board at Interfaith Compeer, a local mental health nonprofit. She was a Series of Hope speaker and appeared on local public television, as an advocate for eroding the discrimination and prejudice of mental illness. Paula has made it her life's work "to serve the people who serve the people". Paula is an AI subject matter expert and teaches AI to others for use in any organizational system. As a Co-owner of AI Consulting (AIC), LLC, Paula has 100+ partners worldwide who are committed to using AI to create a positive revolution in change. Her background includes OD and senior management positions in the Silicon Valley. Paula holds a MS in Organization Development from Pepperdine University and a BS in Business from California State University, Hayward.
